RETURNS POLICY

• Items must be returned within 28 days of the delivery date.
• All returns will automatically be refunded in full, making it easy for you to reorder the same item in a different size or color, or choose an alternative product.
• If you received an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a refund. (Please note: Naravo maintains a rigorous quality control process for all items before dispatch and upon receiving returns.)
• Please take care when trying on items. Products that are damaged manually or do not meet our return requirements will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and store credit is not offered for them.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, including makeup or deodorant.
• Include all original tags and packaging.

RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?

If your item is faulty, please contact our customer support team at help@naravoco.com within 5 days of receiving your package. Wait for further instructions before proceeding with your return.

• Returns for faulty items will not be reimbursed if instructions from our support team are not followed.
• Use a trackable delivery method when returning items, as Naravo is not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.

REFUNDS AND PROCESSING TIMEFRAMES

Processing and delivery of returns may take up to 21 working days, depending on your location and the shipping service used. (This excludes weekends and public holidays.)

• Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original order.
• For payments made using a combination of credit cards, gift cards, or store credit, refunds will be applied to the gift card/store credit first.
• Avoid contacting our support team for updates unless 15 working days have passed since your return was sent.
• You will receive a confirmation email at the address provided once your refund has been processed.

Please note that returns are not processed on public holidays. Any returns submitted on these dates will be processed on the next working day.

RETURN ASSESSMENT

• Returned products will be reviewed to ensure they comply with our return policy.
• Items that are non-returnable or that do not meet our requirements will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
