PRE-ORDER INFORMATION
If you place an item on pre-order, your order will not be shipped until the pre-ordered item(s) are in stock. If your order contains multiple items, shipping will only occur once all items are ready to ship.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Before completing your order, please double-check your billing and shipping details. Our team processes orders quickly, and we are unable to make changes or cancel orders after they are placed or shipped.
ESTIMATED PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting Monday. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for dispatch before shipping.
REQUESTING ORDER MODIFICATIONS
If you need to adjust your order, contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications due to the high volume of orders processed daily.

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Please ensure that all shipping information provided is accurate, including your name, address, and contact details. Inaccurate information may result in your package being returned to us, and we cannot assume responsibility for any additional shipping fees incurred as a result.
If a package is returned to us due to delivery failure, we will contact you to arrange for a replacement shipment. A replacement fee may apply, and we will inform you of any associated costs before proceeding.
